Passionate about food and cooking, flavors and textures have taken me on journeys and filled my heart. But eating is not just a pleasurable and repetitive act; it has a significant impact on our health and environment. My culinary journey has evolved towards greater awareness: of the planet, animals, the system, and my own body.

In 2019, I had the opportunity to study at the prestigious Hofmann culinary school in Barcelona, training as a professional chef and exploring new culinary techniques. Two years later, in 2021, I took a course in Healthy Nutrition from UOC to consciously monitor my diet. During this time, I not only solidified my 100% plant-based diet but also changed my lifestyle, transitioning from almost sedentary to active, engaging in regular physical activity.

Over time, I experienced the benefits of a balanced and wholesome diet: increased energy, healthy digestion, improved athletic performance, positive changes in physical appearance, as well as limitless creativity in the kitchen to craft dishes and flavors, now vegan and gluten-free.

 

Change is delicious, healthy, and possible.
