JIVAMUKTI YOGA
Jivamukti is composed of: Jiva, individual soul and Mukti, liberation. It means "liberation while living." It is the path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings.
The Jivamukti Yoga method was born in New York during the 1980s by Sharon Gannon and David Life. It is based on the ancient traditions of Yoga and its pillars are: Ahimsa (non-violence), Nada (sound), Dhyana (meditation), Shastra (study of sacred texts) and Bhakti (devotion).
In the practice of Jivamukti Yoga you will always find all these elements. It is not a passive practice, it is physically intense, a dynamic and chained hatha-vinyasa, where breath and movement are fused to harmonize body and mind. Together with pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and chanting of mantras, it will make you see life from another perspective, starting a journey of being beyond personality.

ONCOLOGIC YOGA
Oncologic Yoga is specifically adapted for people who have been diagnosed with cancer. This form of yoga focuses on improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of cancer patients and can be a valuable complementary tool in their treatment and recovery.
During oncologic yoga classes, personalized techniques are offered based on the individual's health and unique needs.
Breathing techniques, adapted postures and meditation
can help reduce stress, improve the quality of sleep, reduce fatigue, and increase the strength and flexibility of the muscles of the patient.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a practice that is based on the Taoist concepts of Yin and Yang: Female and Male, Passive and Active, Negative and Positive. In Yin Yoga, the postures are held in a relaxed way for a long period of time, directly affecting the fascia. The goal is to listen to our inner silence, to pay full attention to the present, to stop in order to move on and thus to be able to access the liberation of any past or future experience.
Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to other styles of yoga and physical exercise.
KUNDALINI YOGA
It is the art of connecting with your center and your creative energy. The practice of Kundalini Yoga helps us awaken this energy that resides within our being and elevates it throughout our body through our energy channels. With these techniques, our body and mind are unlocked, releasing what you no longer need and creating space for new things to flourish. Vibrate sacred songs to balance your energies, awaken your inner fire with your breath to move on and root yourself from your feet to ascend to the highest.
